BET's female rapper of the year, Missy Elliot teamed up with J Records newest recruit, Jazmine Sullivan. Missy produced her first single and appears in the video "Need U Bad." This is the kind of song that grows on you after a few listens. Jazmine's voice is soulful and the reggae tinged track makes for a nice kick back song on a summer night. The video is another story.
