Ciara @ Victoria’s Secret Flagship Opening: Will She Walk the Runway?
Ciara struck a pose at Victoria’s Secret new flagship store in NYC, yesterday. Ever since Ciara tossed her Goodies around the stage, she has expressed a desire to walk the runway. Early this year, Ciara made a move in that direction when she signed a deal with Wilhelmina Models.
Wilhelmina president Sean Patterson says Ciara has what it takes..
“She is the complete package. She is model made, with perfect size, perfect height [Ciara is 5 feet, 7 inches tall], a beautiful body and face. Take the music and dancing away, and she’s still gorgeous. It’s a dream pairing for us as an agency.”
“We’ll work with her to identify those brands and those companies she feels are in sync with her image, expose her to [fashion] labels she isn’t necessarily aware of and make choices that best fit her. We want to help her evolve while maintaining identity and individuality.”
Could that mean we’ll see Ciara in a Vicky Secret’s special?
Sean Patterson → “It’s a perfect fit. It plays with her personality and her coming of age. It’s tasteful, sexy and beautiful, just like her.”
If you believe MTK this is a done deal: Ciara will sign with Victoria’s Secret in 2009. I don’t use them as a source, but it would fall perfectly with her now delayed Fantasy Ride album. And let’s not forget, she’s no stranger to dropping it to a G string.

I think Ciara should walk the runway she has a beautiful body and she is gorgeous. now about her singing she can sing but i feel she can’t sang. I mean you can tell the difference from a Keyshia Cole and a Ciara. Or a Mary J. Blige from a Beyonce. One you can pop in all the Cd’s and be able to put on repeat. While the others, the more you play there song you get annoyed by it. Ciara is still a very good artist & performer.
