Grandmaster Flash Talks About the Birth of the Scratch + His Ressurection

This past Friday, Grandmaster Flash was on XM’s Ron and Fez Show to talk about his memoir “The Adventures of Grandmaster Flash: My Life, My Beats.” Funny that dude is one of the grand trio that gave birth to hip-hop and he has to promote his book on a very non hip-hop show.

Anyway, listen in as Flash talks about being hooked on funky narcotics, gives a quick overview of how he invented scratching and how Chris Rock and his own perseverance helped to ressurrect his career.
Yeah, like Bizmarkie, the dude is still getting money, one club/show at a time.
