Hillary Clinton gives victory speech in Ohio

Hillary Clinton ~ “The Change Expert” Wins Rhode Island, Texas, and Ohio

Hillary Clinton pulled off victories in Rhode Island, Texas, and Ohio in yesterday’s primaries. Clinton’s supporters are calling her The Comeback Kid Returns, Wonder Woman, Chick With a Stick, The Change Expert.. Wait a minute. I’m giving her some great tag lines.

Based on the search trends that hit Whudat over the weekend, I predicted she would pull off the victories. Days after that ‘Muslim’ Barack Obama picture surfaced, it continued to bubble at the top of Google’s image searches. That showed people were talking and believing the message attached to it; which opened the door for all the previous criticisms of Obama to be remixed.

Hillary Clinton on SNL

So you got the “3 AM” ad and Hillary’s a fun gal on SNL. Then yesterday’s morning news was all about Hillary Clinton needing to step down and how she would lose so terribly.

That right there - kicking her when she’s down - has been consistently wrong. It was clear something outside of the radar was going to happen.

In her victory speech, Hillary Clinton ran off a list of states she’s won so far, taking the time to throw in Florida and Michigan - two states that held primaries outside of the rules of the Democratic party. Candidates were told not to campaign in them, because the votes in those states would not count. It turned out that Hillary Clinton was the only name on the ballot in Michigan - she won. In Florida, when they held their primary, Hillary went there to’ fund raise’ - she won again.

Of course, she claims these as real victories.

Can’t hate that, it’s political spin at it’s best (or worst, depending on how you feel about the kind of advance nudging she’s really trying so those primaries can be run again.)

No matter how she won, a victory means media attention - and rightfully so.

As a Barack Obama supporter I say, “Congratulations.”

It’s also important to acknowledge, Barack Obama is still ahead in the delegate count.

And I still believe that Hillary Clinton, along with John McCain, are the candidates of - No Change.

If Hillary does pull off a comeback victory, how do I vote for that?

She hasn’t said or done anything to convince me that she’s more experienced, has better plans, can bring people together both in this country and overseas. That call at 3 AM? Actually, I’m more comfortable with Barack Obama answering the phone.

This fight continues - we move forward.

I woke up this morning to see a fellow Highbrid Nation writer reporting that Hillary has won the Ohio and Texas primaries and how this is getting bad. And like him I feel like this battle between Obama and Hillary has went on too long and now they are in danger of hurting the party by allowing McCain to take shots at them while they are dealing with each other. Howard Dean should step in and say “Look, Obama is going to be the candidate and Hillary you can be his running mate if you choose”…I know I know that would never happen but a guy can dream right?

Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama:

Dear Madam, and Sir,

A Hillary Clinton, and Barack Obama ticket is what we want. And that is what we need to take back the Whitehouse. We want a smart, tough, idealistic, seasoned veteran of many battles fighting for the American people (Hillary Clinton). With a young, passionate, smart, open-minded, hard-working idealist fighting for the American people (Barrack Obama). The DREAM TEAM!

You are both fabulous candidates. And we, the American people are very fortunate to have each of you. Taking back the Whitehouse is critical for the American people, and the world at this time. And I think the American people have been saying loudly, and clearly that a Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama ticket is the best way to do this.

I think the American people have made it very clear that they feel Hillary Clinton is the one best able to lead the ticket against John McCain at this critical, and desperate time in America, and around the world. These dramatic comebacks are testament to Hillary Clinton’s skill, and experience as a fighter for the American people. They are also a testament to the strong desire of the American people to have both of you fighting for the American people at this time of midnight in America.

Typical of the Clinton’s is an uncanny ability to see and understand what the American people want. And then to try and get it for them. Even if they have to go through three political near death experiences to try and get it for the American people. This is classic Clinton’s. They are the best I have ever seen.

We are desperate out here. Millions of us are suffering greatly. And tens of thousands of us are dying needlessly every year. Men, women, children, and babies. We need help! As Hillary Clinton said “It’s not a game”. We need the two of you together on our side fighting for us, and for the American dream for all. Not fighting against each other anymore.

It’s time for you Senator Obama to join forces with Hillary Clinton as her running mate so that we can all focus our energies, and resources on taking back America for the American people.

Don’t make me hurt you. 😊

Sincerely

Jacksmith…
