Last night the stars of Fast and Furious, and their orbiting friends, got together at the Gibson Ampitheatre in Universal City, California for the movie’s premiere. Despite the paired down title, it’s the fourth film in the series. I didn’t realize how good the original was until the second and third sequels. Correction: two wasn’t that bad, but I didn’t even bother with Tokyo Drift. Clearly I wasn’t the only one. The powers that be saw they had drifted off course and Vin Diesel, in need of hitting the refresh button on his career, agreed to hop back in the drivers seat. Paul Walker, Jordana Brewster and Michelle Rodriguez are back too. If you haven’t seen the trailer yet, take a look.
A few faces at last night’s premiere..
John Singleton and his son Masai. Guess who dressed who?
Pharrell pulled the hypnotic, lumberjack button-up out of the closet..
and Chad made a rare public appearance.
Shar Jackson in la casa! It’s amazing how Moesha has forever cemented her in our brains.
Larenz Tate hasn’t done anything memorable since Love Jones (that came after Dead Presidents), but if you saw him in the street you’d know him.
Michelle Rodriguez (is that see-through?)
See the hand? Gotta go..
