Kevin Smith Blows a Thought Bubble on the Writers Strike

You’ve no doubt heard that Hollywood writers are on strike. Maybe you’ve caught a few headlines about TV shows taking an early siesta because of the strike; The Office is the latest ‘casualty’ - no words, no script, no show.

I’ve trolled the web and it’s not even funny how many people do not understand why the writers are so mad. The common belief is the rich want to get richer.

I’d write paragraph pon paragraph to sketch it out, but why not let someone in Hollywood circles do the talking?

Yesterday, Kevin Smith of Clerks/Silent Bob/Live Free or Die Hard computer nerd fame, was on the Opie and Anthony Show. He wasn’t overly bothered by the strike, his work continues, but as he explained the issues involved he couldn’t help but think..
