Tyler Perry and Why Di I Get Married cast on Oprah

Janet Jackson, Jill Scott, and Tyler Perry Promote “Why Did I Get Married” on Oprah

Janet Jackson and her co-stars Tyler Perry and Jill Scott were on Oprah yesterday to promote their movie ‘Why Did I Get Married.’ The movie will drop on 12th October, and each cast member had their own marital issues which coerced them to do this movie of the sort. Janet was divorced twice as was Tyler Perry himself (producer and director of the movie) and Jill Scott got divorced very recently.

Janet looked great! She is reminding me how she looked circa Janet 1993. Love it! I wonder if she’ll marry her Oompa Loompa real soon. That is the question that needs to be asked.

JANET IS SO BEAUTIFUL AND VERY HUMBLE. I REALLY WISH THAT PEOPLE WOULD FORGET ABOUT THIS SB THING, BECAUSE JANET DOES NOT BOTHER WITH ANYONE, AND DOES NOT SAY BAD THINGS ABOUT PEOPLE. SHE IS VERY BEAUTIFUL AND I CAN NOT WAIT FOR HER NEW MOVIE, ALBUM AND TOUR!!!

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT JANET IS THAT SHE IS SO CLASSY ABOUT ALL THE BAD PRESS. I MYSELF WOULD HAVE BLOWN UP BY NOW. SHE HANDLES EVERYTHING SO WELL. CAN’T WAIT FOR THE MOVIE!!

janet is beautiful. With all the negative it have to be hard constantly with people talking about you looks to your family and relationship and all of these gossip sites.

I am truly a Janet J fan; however, I felt it was more of a Tyler/Janet interview. In my opinion, Tyler was very one-sided with showering Janet with all the attention verses equally acknowledging both beauties for their contribution to his movie. I am a Tyler fan too; however, I can see how his blessings are starting to boost a certain arrogance of a celebrity personality compared to the humble Tyler he was 5 years ago. He is still a wonderful work in progress…I look forward to the opening of his latest movie.

JFan I AGREE with you. I think Janet is o.k. and I always can tell when the kids in our family have watched Diff’rnt Strokes and/or Good Times because when she is on they go crazy. She is one of the few that has had a long career and good for her. But, Tyler Perry has all of these amazing black stars who want to work with him and that’s incredible. But he is really acting like a he’s Oprah now. Fame is something. I guess that’s why Jill and Janet did so well on the show. They know that the fame and the money is b.s. They seem to be very real and grounded.

Jill Scott was great!! She played the part. Tyler Perry hit it with this movie. I’m so excited, I’m going to see it again. I can’t wait for the DVD to coem out. I’m buying advance copies!! God Bless You Tyler for meeting a need in marriages.
