Looks like Kanye West is back on his feet. He’s been updating his blog, or the blog’s been updated.. not sure if he actually writes everything over there, yesterday Kanye sat in celebrity row at a Nets vs. Supersonics game with JB to witness future All-Star Kevin Durant get D’d to 15 by the home team. That’s enough to put a smile on everyone’s face at the Meadowlands.

This afternoon the Los Angeles coroner’s office released the results of Donda West’s autopsy. Let’s see what we have here.. “It is my opinion Ms. West died from some pre-existing coronary artery disease and multiple post-operative factors following surgery. The contributing factors were *get ready for medical terms* aspiration of emesis, focal pneumonia, bandaging of torso with constriction, probable hemodilution, and medication use for pain and an abnormal hemoglobin variant.”

I could have easily left that part of it out, but then how could you not join me in scratching your head over this.. “Based on the history and available information, as currently known, the manner of death could not be determined.”

Umm, so what was all that hemodilution, focal pneumonia, pre-existing coronary artery stuff?

There is also a pretty detailed retracing of the hours following her surgery; detailed as in “heavy breathing, unresponsive” which I won’t post out of respect for Kanye West and his family’s privacy. Why bring all that back?
