On Monday the UK’s 1Xtra held Carnival 08’: a party that began at 1 in the afternoon, heated up with festivities broadcast live from various outdoor spots in the UK, and climaxed with a midnight after party at a ‘secret location’ in London. On stage to perform were Ray-J, Lloyd, and Jazmine Sullivan.
